Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed August 8, 2021 found that Milestone Home Care, Llc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state relicensure survey conducted May 24, 2021.
